Thank you so much for supporting us! Please note that De Heer Müller is an independent self-financed business, run only by me Christian Müller. I do all of this by myseld I refer to myself as ‘I’ 'my' and ’Dhr/De Heer Müller’. By buying my product you agree with my terms and conditions.
All my orders are handmade by myself. I create a limited stock per round. I expect a delivery time for about 7-10 working days. We always try to keep customers updated about their items by email. Please read the product description at all time and make sure you pick your right size from our size chart, in case of any question about sizing don’t hesitate to contact us via email: email@example.com.
I try my best to reduce the price of the shipping. I work with companies that are economical for you. In the Netherlands I offer package delivery or letterbox (depending on the weight). Would you like to pick it up? please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I can maybe arrange a free pick-up for you.* De Heer Müller ships in The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, United Kingdom and the United Stated. My webshop is open for every country, but can only send it to the countries we ship.
I try my best to keep the website as up-to-date as possible and provide all items of a full description with details and prices, but sometimes mistakes can be made. In case of an error I will inform you as soon as possible, and let you know what will happen next.
Faulty orders can always happen. In case of a fault in your order I will take full responsibility for that. Please note that if your items contains any mistakes on our behalf we will do our total best to keep you satisfied. But if the proof lacks and I think otherwise I have the right to fall back on my terms and conditions and return policy.
In case you are not satisfied, keep the tags on, leave the garments unworn. In case of an exchange agreement between me and the customer, make sure you send me your garments in the state we have send it in: With tags and unworn. If the garment(s) reach us in an imperfect state we will not be continuing the agreement. So no odor, stains and any makeup stains.
If there are any problems with your shipping, please contact me in time. In case the customer buys goods with shipping without track and trace, losses won’t be covered.
In case of return shipping costs will not be covered by De Heer Müller, unless stated otherwise. The responsibility of the parcel is for the sender until it reaches us. So properly pack the parcel and get a track and trace code.
If a costumer doesn’t reply to my emails after a third attempt I have the right to keep you on hold until I hear back from you. In case of purchased item I have the right to keep your item(s) and don’t give a refund after our third attempt of shipping and emailing.
As I reduce our prices now and then with a discount, I am not obligated to give that same discount to customers who have purchased the items right before our discount started. I am allowed to have discount on selected items, please look at our socials to check for the exact discount and the code, no code no discount. Items with a discount code can only be returned when faulty, for our return policy check the full return policy list.
Every item and garment that are leaving the House of Müller are made with lots of love. I focus on giving you the best quality, to keep your garment durable.
Goods will not be shipped until I receive a full payment of the costumer.
De Heer Müller is a registered business and shall not be copied or reproduced by other parties, it is not allowed to use my material/images without my permission.
I have the right to remove or change up our terms and conditions at any time without notice, it is the costumers responsibility to be aware of my terms and read them before ordering.
